Booking for your event

Physical game arena

To fuel your team's excitement, we provide a themed game play area as a focal point in your event space. We will scale this installation to fit your participant size. Either 3m by 3m play space suitable for 3 players, or 6m by 3m for two teams of 3. Two large TV's show teaser video loops and tutorials. Our hosts will manage the teams, explain the controls and get them underway as the spawn with their colleagues inside the escape room as avatars. We then monitor their progress, stepping in, as a last resort, if they hit a dead end.
Equipment included; 3m or 6m stage set, furniture, lighting and audio system, 2 TV's, monitoring station, networking and WiFi, 3 or 6 HTC Vive Pro headsets with roomscale tracking, 3 or 6, gaming laptops and 2 VR hosts.

Booking process

If you wish to discuss this, or any of our other services, please fill out the form below and mention your interest in VR escape rooms. Please let us know the estimated player numbers, event location and dates, if you know them. This will enable us to reply with relevant information and cost. What do you think your teams are into? Maybe you are an online security software company. A suitable scenario might be, save the world from a computer virus. Only your product will stop the attack, but we need to find the only remaining copy of the code, locked in a secure vault. Let us know if you have a theme for your event, or just want some suggestions, and let us know if you want to use a pre built game, a pre built game with branding, or a fully customised and bespoke game. Set up takes between 3 and 4 hours. This can be done the day before the event starts at a minimal fee to cover expenses.
We recommend this unique service for; team building events, networking events, entertainment, exhibition stands, parties and remote play and hybrid events. Available nationwide and international.

Packages

To keep things simple, we have devised some cost packages to give you an idea. To maximise collaboration within the team, we recommend up to 3 players in a team, but 4 is possible. You can add teams, and scheduling sessions throughout the day is more cost effective. We can set the game time limits and these can be anywhere from 10 minutes to an hour for each session.
The Purist: Just the kit and 2 hosts. No set or decoration, no customisation, just the bare bones for 3 players, per session. £1295.00 plus vat per day. 6 players per session (4 hosts) £ 2395.00 plus vat per day.
The Extravert: As above but with stage set, lights, sound and TV's. 3 players per session (2 hosts) £ 1695.00 plus vat per day. 6 players per session (4 hosts) £ 2995.00 plus vat per day.
Make it your own: Add branding or logos into your games £ 200 plus vat per game. Bespoke build, your theme, your story, your branding. Can include custom objects. £ 900.00 plus vat. Transport/travel is charged at £1 per mile plus vat.
